Portrait Session Agreement 

By accepting below, you are agreeing to follow the terms and conditions of Hernando Media LLC d.b.a Shannon Hernando Photography. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your nonrefundable retention fee of 25% to secure your wedding date is due 7 days after this agreement has been accepted. An extension may be granted upon written request, otherwise, this agreement will be void and will need to be submitted again.
